    Ideally booked in a series of 4 sessions so we can progress from week to week to prepare the body in a sequential fashion:

    WEEK ONE: Standing & balancing poses

    WEEK TWO: Twists & forward bends

  • Having trouble with specific poses? Want to learn how to do headstand (sirsasana) or shoulderstand (sarvangasana) safely and with less effort? In these one on one intensives, you will learn how to make a pose more stable, accessible and effortless, as well as the best preparatory poses and how to safely work up to doing these poses on your own.

  • This is a great option if you have been dealing with any pain or discomfort that just won’t go away, or if you are recovering from an injury.

    We will work to bring intelligence to problem areas and develop a home practice so that you can become your own healer.

  • A safe and beneficial class for mamas-to-be at any stage in their pregnancy!

    Learn which poses are safe, how to modify for pregnancy and how to use props to ensure stability in the body and a calm nervous system throughout your practice.

    Bolsters (2), blankets (1) and blocks (2) are required and can be provided. I can accommodate up to 3 mamas per in-home class.
