  • Many years ago (15?), Lara was my first introduction to yoga, aside from a couple high energy power yoga classes at a big gym where I hurt myself because I was going through the motions to simply keep up without understanding the importance of breath or correct postures. Lara’s teachings offered invaluable lessons I have kept to this day and was the true beginning of my yoga journey. She taught us techniques, adjusted our movements, showing us the correct postures and ways to avoid injury and the importance of breath and connection of mind and body.
