Learn the daily essentials for creating more comfort through active stretching and body balancing techniques. We will target fascial tension and learn how to foster a supple yet supported pelvic floor.
Learn how to encourage ideal fetal positioning in the second and third trimesters as well as how to support healthy standing, sitting and sleeping postures.
Open to all trimesters. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move.
