Join us for a prenatal yoga class rooted in therapeutics for all levels.
This class will focus on supported restorative poses, where we will quiet the mind and rejuvenate ourselves at a cellular level. Through the practice of pranayama we will work with our breath to soothe our nervous system and renew our energy.
These classes are suitable for mamas experiencing any physical discomfort in their pregnancy as the practice is focused on providing therapeutic benefit and the use of props allow for many modifications.
