Join me for a weekly MIND DETOX restorative yoga session, where we will turn our attention to our inner selves and quiet the mind with a mediative yoga practice. . Through the practice of pranayama we will work with our breath to soothe our nervous system, renew our energy and rejuvenate ourselves at a cellular level.
All levels welcome, including all stages of pregnancy. Mats and props provided.
