Join me for a weekly Prenatal Yoga class at Thrive Health & Wellness.
This is a 75 minute class open to all levels and trimesters where I will lead you through a mindful yoga practice that will create space for baby and nurture a quiet nervous system while strengthening your body and mind in preparation for birth and motherhood.
Enjoy a small class size and meet other local mamas-to-be! Mats and props are provided.
