Join me for a small group yoga class rooted in therapeutics, where we will work sequentially each week through standing & balancing poses, twists and forward bends, backbends and finally a restorative class with pranayama (controlled breathing).
These classes will teach a mindful, meditative practice that will allow us to work purposefully with our inner bodies, and create actions that nourish our organs, joints and nervous system.
This week is a restorative yoga session, where we will quiet the mind and rejuvenate ourselves at a cellular level. Through the practice of pranayama we will work with our breath to soothe our nervous system and renew our energy.
These classes are open to all levels and abilities including those seeking safe and therapeutic prenatal classes.
