Join us for a prenatal yoga class rooted in therapeutics for all levels.
This class will focus on learning a safe twisting action while pregnant as well as modified forward bends and seated poses as we work to lift the spine and distribute energy to vital areas of our bodies.
These classes are suitable for mamas experiencing any physical discomfort in their pregnancy as the practice is focused on providing therapeutic benefit and the use of props allow for many modifications.
