Join me for a 75 minute class dedicated to cultivating hip health!
In this class we’ll focus on healthy actions of the hips through various poses. We will enhance our awareness of hip mechanics and how to ensure the health of the hip joint in yoga.
If you sit a lot during the day, experience tightness in the groins or hamstrings or simply want greater mobility in your hips, this class is for you!
$30 with sliding scale available. Open to all levels and abilities, including pregnancy.
